The thing about yoga, is showing up. It’s not always easy to be on the mat, or to lead.
I lead classes from my heart, no script ever and when I challenge myself to stay completely present with you, and lead with an open heart, especially when my heart is hurting, it shows me how powerful it really is to show up for each other.

This picture really says a lot right now. I’m still here, I’m holding peace, noticing the beauty, I’m cold, and I’m learning from myself (and unfortunately I have some double vision).

I have a concussion, and it’s forcing to me to show up differently, for everything. Patience. Less screens, more patience.

Thank you for allowing me to guide your practice, I’ll be Thursday 9:30 am and a surprise Friday 5:30 evening class, followed by a 9:00 Saturday morning special. It’s like cartoons, but sweaty.

Bit of a change up to the end of the week schedule. I’ll be teaching FRIDAY 9:30 and Noon YOD, and I won’t be leading my normal Thursday 9:30 morning class. Hope to see you!

Hey Winter Bunnies, come practice two more times this week with me. Wednesday at Noon and Thursday 9:30 . Warm and toasty inside. The humidity feels great and it’s so good for our insides and out.

I’m learning something new. And sharing it. Saturday at 11:00 I’m teaching my very first YOD class and I’m so excited. Join me, friendly faces bring out the best in me.

This is a one hour class which has a small portion of HIIT intensity and yoga to warm up and cool down. It’s $10 to drop in to this class. Members and unlimited passes are free, and class passes can be used, or pay the $10, you choose. First timers welcome, experienced YODers come play!

Now for the big news, this February sky was purple the other night! I kept asking if it looked purple to other people. What a treat.

Tuesday I see you!
It’s never been an easy day for me, so I choose to either dream, create, flow, journal, escape, or to dive into work and get lots accomplished. Either way, I see you Tuesday.

I’m teaching 5:30 Flow and 7:00 Yin. Come for one or both

If you don’t know what Yin is, it’s a slow soft practice. Moves fascia, tends to the ligaments and tendons with lots of props and slooowing down. Tune in today, eh?

This is Lucy and this is Me. We are both serious and we are both silly. We will be leading Saturday morning classes at which has a NEW time.
