I can wholeheartedly recommend Roger and the team at Puretone for your hearing aid needs. As a 55 year old life long hearing aid user, I can sincerely say that they are game changers and life changers.Game changers because, in all the years and through all the vendors, none have come close to the attention to detail, follow up adjustments, and after care provided by this company. They have true quality products at a reasonable purchase price and the follow up care is included in that price. For my last pair of aids, that included follow up care at no cost was 10 years.Life changers because of their Christian concern for others and obvious love for their clients. Not only that, but you have no clue what you are missing in the world around you when you can’t hear. While mediocre aids certainly help and may save you some money, a quality pair of hearing aids (in my case Resound aids) will impact the quality of your life immensely.While there are certainly suppliers closer and more convenient to me, I happily make the drive to see Roger and Nick.
