Headwaters Apothecary is San Marcos’ first full service herbal store, offering energetic bulk herbs of exceptional quality and herbal supplies. We specialize in, stocking over 50 organic and ethically wild crafted medicinal bulk herbs, lots of delicious teas, and a wide variety of essential oils! If you have a specific formula or taste in mind, we’re happy to offer custom blending services for your specific needs. Guiding you through the range of botanical remedies that are appropriate for your individual circumstance, including aromatherapy is our aspiration. As a full-service apothecary, our force of qualified herbalists will assist you with the plants and the understanding of their benefits. We will teach you the best way to prepare your herbs for maximum efficiency. We also stock bottles, jars and tins, plus a full selection of organic base ingredients to help you create herbal products from your home. We have a learning library as well as books for purchase to expand your herbal knowledge. At Headwaters Apothecary, we know you are more than just your physical body. It is our intention every day to be a clear channel of communication between you and the healing spirits of the plants. It's an honor to facilitate San Marcos and help connect us with botanical allies that will nurture you physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
