Most people nowadays are working indoors resulting in a majority of us being low in Vitamin D.

Take a look at it's benefits below. Some other important tips to consider:

☀️ If you have an autoimmune condition such as Hashimotos, it’s important that your vitamin D levels are in the higher 60s
☀️ Vitamin D deficiency can also impact your iron levels
☀️ Vitamin D is not easily excreted from the system like some other vitamins, so be careful not to overdo it

Here's that anticipated moment I spoke about few days ago. Last 4 months were like a roller coaster ride with 11 flights, 2 road trips, 5 countries, 7 cities and most importantly, moving my entire life from California to Florida. It's been hectic to say the least.

Let's make this month full of movement. Take charge of your well-being and remember to make good choices. Always choose movement over sedentary lifestyle and do it Every. Single. Day.

2 week challenge!!!

Name one change (doesn't matter how big or small) you will bring about in your daily routine that enhances your health/ wellness. Visualize it and comment 👇with a clear description/ details. Keep it realistic.

Remember, no change is too small when applied with consistency. Like drinking more water, deep breathing for 5 mins, etc.

My clients have had better success improving their health when they track their activities. We track progress in our sessions but having something fun and easy to track your food, exercise, water, etc. really helps.

I ❤️ the Samsung Health app! It's so easy to use.
