Parasympathetic nervous system ENGAGED!

This may not look like much to you but for her this was HUGE... a little deep compression can go a long way!

To have her finally let go and just sink into my hands was a huge highlight of my week. This is not her usual. She enjoys her massages but this was a new level of engaging her parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system.

Rest and digest = repair and recharge

Excited for the first Pinto and WSH show of the year! Come join the fun with Pinto Horse Association of Western Washington and Washington State Horsemen in Spanaway.

April 9th- 12th

I will be there and set up ready to get those massages in! I highly encourage you to pre-book your appointment! They fill up fast and as much as that fills my heart I feel horrible when I have to say it's full. I will post a list in the comments and update as appoiments come in.

Every time I work my way down the isle this cutie pie always sticks his head out and wants to say hi.

I always feel bad when horses stare me down like "excuse me ma'am, could you please work your way over here". Today I stopped and gave him the tiniest little rub and he definitely appreciated it ❤️

Don't forget to stop, pet and smell all the horses 😆

🐴 I would like to thank each and every one of you who allowed me to work on your precious 4 legged friend(s). Everyone one of these horses I meet are just so unique in their own ways and to be able to connect with each one, is one of the coolest feelings to ever experience.

I want to give back and have some fun while doing so! I will be doing a LIVE drawing at 5pm Jan 1st 2026 here on my page.

How do I determine who is eligible and for what? I chose a way so every person I have provided a service for in 2025 will be eligible. How many entries will you have? I chose a way that I didn't have to enter over 800 entries in the wheel. If I you have one horse I see, you will get 1 entry if you have two I see, you will get 2 and so on. Please don't be upset with me if that's not a good way in doing so, it's tedious work 😆

What is the drawing for? 2 CHANCES!!!
