The Children’s Dental Center of Mason City is seeking another DENTAL ASSISTANT to join our fun, kid-loving team.
The ideal applicant must be extremely reliable, prompt, possesses exceptional communication skills, eager to learn and be a self-starter. Must also be experienced, flexible, and have great interpersonal skills. We are looking for an applicant that must be able to handle a fast-paced practice environment.
Skills that we are looking for in an assistant:
- Computer skills: comfortable and proficient with digital X-rays, ability to write up notes and experience with Eaglesoft preferred but not required
- Sterilization: Prepare and maintain instruments
- Patient Education: explain and teach patients good oral care
- Organization
- Friendly and compassionate
- Have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Work efficiently
- Great chairside manners
