Celebrate the 4th with this Red, White, and Blueberry Smoothie 😍🇺🇸

INGREDIENTS
2 cups frozen blueberries
2 cups vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup greek yogurt
2 scoops vanilla ProXO Advanced Whey Protein

METHOD
▪️ Blend all the ingredients together.
▪️ Adjust the amount of milk, depending on how creamy and thick you want it.
▪️ Serve and enjoy on Independence Day!

Looking for a new breakfast option that's quick and healthy? Then this APPLE PIE OVERNIGHT OAT 🍎🥧recipe is perfect for you!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup rolled oats
1 tbps. chia seeds
1 1/4 cup vanilla almond milk
1 tbps. maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 apple
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Sunflower butter drizzle
2 scoops vanilla ProXO Advanced Whey Protein

METHOD
▪️ Whisk together the oats, chia seeds, protein powder, and apple pie spice in a large bowl.
▪️ Then mix in almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup (make sure to mix very well)
▪️ Fold in 1/2 diced apples and chopped pecans until well combined.
▪️ Separate into two mason jars and sit in the fridge overnight.
▪️ In the morning, top each jar with the remaining diced apple, a few chopped pecans, and drizzle sunflower butter on top. Enjoy!!
