Two of pentacles: balance; ebb and flow;

The young man sits atop the wall tossing his two coins with a practiced ease keeping the oposing forces in balance. The two of pentacles represents the ups and downs if life and reminds that the imbalance of life can be it's greatest strength. To someone who masters the ebb and flow it's possible to ride the waves of life's ups and downs towards a positive outcome...this card can serve as a reminder to let go of things that are weighing you down.

Nine of swords: paralyzing fear; fauning; indecision

Frozen by fear the boy gazes up at the beast that is about to devour him. He makes no move to defend himself and readily awaits his fate. This card is a sign that now is not the time for passivity. Break free from whatever fears are holding you back don't respond like this hapless figure but instead face your fears with Valor and dignity.

Five of chalices: moving on; cutting ties;

the man leans over a sharp cliff intentionally dropping three cups into the river leaving two atop the cliff. The two that remain bubble happily glad to not share the same fate as their brethren. For the three that vexed him it wasn't enough to empty their contents but he had shed himself of their vessels entirely. This card is about growing apart from those you were once close to while it can be painfull sometimes severing ties entirely is the only way to move forward with life like pruning a bonsai to shape your growth sometimes it's necessary to remove a branch here and there.

Three of spirals: collaborative effort; team work; knowing when to seek help;
the monk emerges from his meditation aware that some things he cannot achieve alone at this moment the card speaks to me of a certain intertwined connection between us as humans and a sense of togetherness beginning to emerge

Five of scrolls: sacrifice; overcoming challenges; tough decisions
A sword afixes five scrolls to the stone, an emblem of earth and all things material. This card is about setting aside the individual wants and desires for the greater good. A symbol of treaty or victory this card also speaks of leadership qualities given the three of spirals before I read this as sign of a coming Era of peace and collaborative creation.

Psyche: the world; a card that tends to speak for itself and to itself... if you are seeing this card in your reading it's always a sign of beauty, growth and prosperity. As if the world were new, go. Explore. There is plenty to behold.

The three of spirals: seeking help; teamwork; delegation of tasks;
The thoughtful monk arises from his meditation sensing that he may need a helping hand with an upcoming task. This card serves as a reminder that you can't do everything alone and that it is sometimes wisest to seek help from those around you in order to attain certain goals...

The seven of scrolls: indecisive; weighing options; contemplation.
A satyr stands before two doors with all of his logical reasoning leading him to the door on the left. This card is often a sign to take more counterintuitive actions for for with those risks sometimes come greater rewards... set aside what you know and go with the nagging "what if" impulse you may be delightfully surprised by the results

Daily reading

Death: transformation; rebirth; life cycles
Deaths hand clutches a rose symbolizing the relationship between life and death and the eternal cycle that is their dance. When this card appears in a reading it is a sign that you are shedding the skin of your old self and emerging fresh and new. Some grief and doubt are normal but have faith that you are stepping into a new Era of fulfillment. Don't be afraid to let go of old habits no matter how comforting.

The magician: empowerment; wonder; confidence
The magician stands in the moonlight with the stars shining around him and within. This card is emblematic of the universe within us and the power we hold, when it appears in your reading it is a symbol of power but a reminder of the consequences of that power as well so be cautioned not to allow your ego to get ahead of you.

Two of Wands. Decisions; problem solving;
Standing at the edge of a river the wanderer contemplates his options... on one hand the other side of the river yields many more flowers but the wanderer has plenty... this card is usually a sign that more is not always necessarily better..... finish what you have going on now before taking on more projects.
