If you’re feeling a heavy sadness today, you’re not alone.There is so much happening in our world, and our hearts can only hold so much information before it turns into overwhelm.If this resonates, I invite you into a simple practice:
Step outside if you’re able. Feel your feet on the ground, notice the air on your skin, take a few slow breaths. If weather keeps you inside, press your feet to the floor, hold something grounding like a stone or warm mug, or breathe deeply with hands on heart and belly.
Gently bring your attention to your heart. Remember a person, place, or being you love. Let that feeling of love grow.Imagine that love expanding outward — to your home, your city, your state, your country, and around the world, touching all who are in pain.
Practices like this make a real difference—not just for you, but for the world and energetic collective. In joining together, we each make a peaceful, loving contribution to raising the consciousness frequency of our shared reality.
