My Dear Friends,

This Thanksgiving, life feels complicated for many people.

Some hearts are joyful, and some are heavy.
Some families are gathered around warm tables, and others are far apart — by distance, by disagreement, or by loss.

Even so, the simple truth remains: we are still here.

We are still breathing, still learning, still surviving.

Life is moving, moment by moment, carrying us forward.

When I look deeply, I see that compared to many beings in this world, most of us already have enough.

Enough to eat.
Enough to be safe.
Enough to love and to be loved.
That “enough” is where gratitude begins.

Gratitude is not pretending everything is perfect.

It is opening the heart to what is already good, even when much is hard.

When you practice gratitude, your mind becomes softer.

You see more clearly.
You speak more kindly.
You act more lovingly.

The Buddha said that a grateful mind is a peaceful mind.

When we remember what we have, we stop chasing what we don’t need.

We become more generous, more patient, more human.

This year, many families and communities are divided — by politics, by beliefs, by fear.

But no argument, no election, no ideology is more powerful than our shared humanity.

We all want to be safe.
We all want to be happy.
We all want to love and be loved.

So please, my friends — on this Thanksgiving, slow down.

Look at the people around you, even the difficult ones, and silently wish them well.

Be patient.
Be generous.
Be kind.

If you cannot change the world, help one person.

If you cannot help one person, at least do no harm.

If you cannot find peace today, simply pause and breathe — you are already practicing the path.

May your gratitude grow larger than your opinions.

May your compassion reach further than your frustration.

May you always see what is right in front of you: the miracle of being alive together.

From my heart to yours,
May you be well.
May you be happy.
May you be peaceful.

💫 As the holiday season approaches, life can start to feel a bit fuller as schedules expand, emotions rise, and the pace quickens.

It’s meant to be a joyful time, yet it often brings an undercurrent of pressure or overwhelm.

One of the simplest ways to stay grounded is to create a gratitude ritual to return to your center and set a positive tone for your day.
