Just made the most amazing low carb pizza!
Itโ€™s simple:
โ€ข Low carb mission tortilla
โ€ข G Hughes sugar free yum yum as the base
โ€ข Topped with already cooked chicken
(You could use shredded or your choice of cooked chicken)
โ€ข Any other toppings you prefer
โ€ข Topped with mozzarella

Bake at 375 for 15 min! Itโ€™s amazing

โž–If you are grocery shopping this weekend this is a SIMPLE tool to stick to!๐Ÿ‘‡

โž–Generally I try to plan about 4 meals for dinners that include leftovers for easy lunches. โœ”๏ธโœ”๏ธโœ”๏ธ

โž–Typcially the other โ€œ3 dinnerโ€ meals we are eating out or using a hodge podge of what we have left at home or breakfast for dinner!

โž– Things Iโ€™m grabbing for lunch this week: romaine lettuce for salads, mission low carb tortilla for wraps/pizza, turkey/ham deli meat, sliced cheddar cheese

โž–Staples: eggs, precooked bacon bits, shredded cheese, full fat salad dressing, butter, almond flour, almonds, Heinz sugar free ketchup, pimento cheese, SF sauces, frozen grilled n ready chicken

โž–Fruits and veggies: berries, cucumbers, frozen cauli rice, bell peppers, brussel sprouts, green beans

โž– meats: 80/20 ground beef for meatloaf, tacos, burgers and pork chops/steak for the grill!

I try to make it as easy as possible and grocery shopping Saturday, and then meal prepping on Sunday is one of the great tools I use to be successful!
