iDART Solutions Group is currently seeking for field cleaning technicians to clean the common areas of a small residential building twice a week. Tasks includes but not limited to sweeping and mopping, wiping down baseboards and horizontal surfaces, cleaning glass doors and spot cleaning walls.

Requirements:

- A person who takes pride in their work.
- Reliable source of Transportation
- Previous Janitorial / Cleaning Experience (Preferred)
- Ability to communicate in English
- Have a smart phone for mobile time clock

We are looking for a Team Member to take care of our client's facilities, carry out general office cleaning duties. The goal is to keep the building in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
Disinfect office space
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills
Proven working experience as a cleaner
Reliable is key
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
Have reliable means of transportation

Job Types: Depending on the amount of sites provided

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:
Immediate need for Mondays 8AM - 10AM. More site available.
