On Sunday, July 10th, U.S. Congressmember for New York's 19th District, Nan Hayworth, was the honorary starter for StrikeDownCancer.org's East Coast Karting Championship at Grand Prix New York in Mount Kisco, NY. Racing contestants, traveling from as far away as Georgia, joined Representative Hayworth to help benefit the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation's Ride for Kids.

On Sunday, July 10, 2011 StrikeDownCancer.org held the East Coast Karting Championship at Grand Prix New York in Mount Kisco, a day of go-kart racing and entertainment for all ages benefiting the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation's Ride for Kids.
