We make time for oil changes, tire rotations, and tune-ups because we know our car won’t run well without them.

Therapy is no different. It’s maintenance for your mind and nervous system.

I currently have open therapy slots on Saturday mornings and Monday/Wednesday mornings. If weekday evenings are hard, these times were created with you in mind.

You don’t have to wait until you’re burned out to take care of yourself.

La terapia no es diferente. Es mantenimiento para tu mente y tu sistema nervioso.

Actualmente tengo espacios disponibles los sábados por la mañana y lunes/miércoles por la mañana. Si las tardes entre semana se te dificultan, estos horarios fueron pensados para ti.

No tienes que llegar al límite para empezar a cuidarte.

Starting January 2026, my clinical supervision rate will increase for all new or returning supervisees. Anyone who begins the process before the end of 2025 can still secure the current rate.

Spend 2–3 minutes each day writing down a few things you’re thankful for.
