If you're feeling overwhelmed, try incorporating these 3 daily habits to help ground yourself:

1️⃣ Deep Breathing: Take a moment to pause. Inhale deeply through your nose, hold, and exhale slowly. It signals to your nervous system that you are safe. 🌬️

2️⃣ Write What You’re Feeling: Get the thoughts out of your head and onto paper. Naming your emotions is a powerful way to process them and release their grip on you. ✍️

3️⃣ Mindful Walk: Go outside and move your body. Focus on the sensation of your feet on the ground and the sounds around you. Be present in the moment. 🚶‍♀️
