If I've seemed quiet or distant, this is why!! Some big life changes are happening and I truly couldn't be happier for whats unraveling!!
I've made the decision to turn my Wellness Spa over to one of the most genuine, caring, compassionate, loving, healing souls I've ever known:
Natalie had become a co-owner of the spa early this year...and once I was given the time and space to come out of survival mode | fight or flight, I realized it was time for me to fully loosen the grip | turn over the reins | fully surrender to MY healing journey.
I've been so focused on helping others heal, that I found myself running on fumes | not practicing what I preach. And this truly hurts me on a soul level: I crave and admire authenticity; if I'm not practicing what I'm coaching others to do, what does that say about me?! And... I'm worthy of healing, too.
So now.....the Spa is fully Natalie's. You can expect the same services: sauna (with optional plunge), red light, reiki, meditation...and so much more to come. And now... I'll get to heal alongside you!
I planted the seed, watered it, and loved it with all I had. This spring, it's time for it to bloom. 🪷
