St. Paul’s Yoga Club: Let’s take our Mat Yoga class outside tonight! I think the grass should be dry enough for us to give it a try. I’ll have extra mats if you’d rather not use your own outside.

Yogis and Yoginis: St. Paul's UCC has recently changed its indoor masking policy. Those who have both vaccines and have been boosted are welcome to participate in church activities unmasked. Those who have not been vaccinated and boosted should continue to wear masks when inside the building. You are certainly welcome to wear a mask inside the building, even if you've been vaccinated and boosted, if it makes you feel more comfortable when around others. Let me know if you have any questions!

Week of Nov 8th: We are back to our normal Chair and Mat Yoga schedule for the week! Chair Yoga: Monday @ 6:30pm and Mat Yoga: Tuesday @ 6:30pm. Hope to see you in person or on Zoom 😁

We will plan to meet for Mat Yoga on Wednesday, Nov 3rd this week, rather than our usual Tuesday night class. My daughter's volleyball team is moving forward in the playoffs after a win last Thursday! See you in the church gym at 6:30pm that night. We will air the class on Zoom per usual!
