We are living in a time when so much of our information comes in sound bites, short clips, and scrolling feeds.

But deep understanding does not come from fragments — it comes from study.

I invite you to pick up a book.📕

One that I recently revisited is Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome by Dr. Joy DeGruy. It offers a lens into the lived experiences of African Americans and the generational trauma rooted in centuries of enslavement, abuse, and systemic oppression. It helps us understand how trauma can echo across generations — shaping behaviors, communities, and even self-perception.

We must not forget!! And we must not allow history to be quietly erased while we are distracted by the noise.

During Black History Month — and beyond — I encourage you to read. Learn. Reflect. Discuss. Pass knowledge down. Though this book is small in size, its insight is powerful.

What we plant in the soil of our hearts grows.

Seeds for the Soul…🌾

The Garden Experience and Sacred Soil Coaching Ministry were both birthed from one revelation:

We are all living through Spiritual Seasons.✨

Whether we recognize them or not…
whether we resist them or not…
the seasons are still shaping us.

This is why nature is sacred to me.

When I place my feet in the soil, I’m reminded that the soil mirrors the heart.❤️

What we plant in the heart grows.🌱
What we nurture takes root.
What we ignore can wither.

The 7 Spiritual Seasons are not random.
They reflect the divine rhythm of life —
planting, pruning, waiting, stretching, blooming, harvesting, and resting.

When we pay attention to the season we’re in,
we stop fighting it.

We begin to align with it.🙏🏽

It is nature.
It is God’s Word.
It is remaining connected to the Vine
that keeps our roots strong and our faith steady.

Every season has purpose.
Even the hidden ones.
Especially the hidden ones.

Remain rooted.🌾

Seeds for the Soul…🌾

Less stuff. More space.

The older I get, the more I realize I don’t need more things.

Holding on to what no longer serves my highest good is simply carrying extra baggage.

In this season of life, I’m asking myself:

What can I release to create more space?

Not just physical space…
But mental space.
Emotional space.
Spiritual space.

What are you holding on to?

What are you afraid to let go of?

God cannot fill hands that are already clenched around yesterday.

Sometimes the clutter around us is simply a reflection of what needs clearing within us.

Maybe this is the season to release.
To lighten the load.
To make room for what’s next.

We learned to keep going—even when something inside us was hurting.

But pretending to be “okay” when you are not
creates distance between you and yourself.

Honoring your feelings is not weakness.
It is wisdom.
It is care.

I’ve come to learn that purpose requires a plan—not a mood.

Motivation changes.

Inspiration fades.

Comparison distracts.

But the plan remains.

Today, I’m reminding myself to stay committed to what I said I would do, even when my feelings fluctuate.

I’m preaching to myself 🙋🏽‍♀️
And maybe to someone else who needed this reminder too.☺️

Seeds for the Soul.✨

What I’ve come to truly know and deeply appreciate is that aging is a privilege.🙏🏽

When you’re young, you believe you have an insurmountable number of days ahead.

But as I age, I recognize that each day is sacred.✨

It is a privilege to wake up with my health, a sound mind, and breath in my body.

As I step into this new chapter of coaching, I am reminded that I am on assignment.
Each day matters.

It is my intention to show up with radiance and grace as I walk fully into my destiny and divine purpose.
I don’t want to rush past, overlook, or miss what GOD has for me in this season.

B-Earth Day Reflection ✨

Happy Birthday to ME! 🥳

Today, I am beyond grateful to GOD for the gift of another year around the sun ☀️.

As I step fully into my Wise Woman Era, I do so with reverence, humility, and pride. My life has been shaped by valleys that refined me and mountaintop moments that revealed joy—and both have been sacred teachers.

In this season, I choose my path with intention.

I no longer desire more things—my heart’s deepest longing is to deepen my relationship with GOD, nurture my faith and my family, and become a place of wisdom, guidance, and peace.

I am committed to embracing life fully and taking no single day for granted.

It is my intention to be a lighthouse for those who feel unseen in dark places. To be a living demonstration of radiant light, grounded faith, and gentle strength.

✨ I have arrived—and I am still becoming. ✨

My prayer is that GOD continues to shine His light upon me and my purpose,
that this season of my life be fulfilled, fruitful, and overflowing,
and that I may be a blessing to every soul I encounter along the way.🙏🏽🌻✨
