For many years I have seen how anxiety and depression has affected the lives of a number of people very important to me (including my mother, my ADHD teenager and myself). Unfortunately is a very common mental disorder, many of us don't talk about. As i like to call it "The Silent Killer" I know we often suffer in silence, so I wanted to let you know YOU ARE NOT ALONE. It hurts my soul every time I hear about a su***de. Just to think I was there a few years ago. It's a bittersweet feeling. I am grateful that i survived such a dark lonely place. I have faith my story will make a difference no matter how small.
Mental Health is just as important as physical and emotional health. Seems they are only getting younger and younger. Mental Health is a topic that doesn't get enough awareness unless is a viral story. People discuss it for a few days, than go back to their usual habits. Where we often forget to take care of our emotional, mental and even physical needs.
After many years of attending counseling (I truly recommend it), taking Youth Mental Health First Aid and Adult Mental Health First Aid I wanted to use my skills to uplift, empower, validate and ultimately build self esteem in women around the world through high quality Organic products that encourage both inner and outer beauty and spiritual enlightenment while also providing resources and opportunities for mental growth.
Healing Touch Creations is a family business in Meeker a small town in Colorado mountains.
