I curate custom mindful, movement and breath based solutions at all levels for the individual private lesson, the multi-student corporate client, and everything in between. I accomplish this for you with personal attention to you or your organizations unique needs and goals. We begin with a coffee, lunch or brief phone or zoom call to discuss your current position and what you'd like to improve. I provide any and all needed equipment, yoga mats, blocks, etc. I work with other professional wellness providers so even if I don't have your solution it's highly likely I can recommend someone who does.
