I pulled OPEN + CHANGE today and it felt timely.

There’s something about staying open, even when things feel uncertain. Change does not always mean disruption. Sometimes it simply asks us to see differently.

The POESIS oracle deck feels like a mirror. The imagery and words invite you to look at what is already present in your life and consider it from a different angle. That small shift in perspective can change more than we expect.

I hear this almost every time someone walks out of a Sanctuary Session:

Goals move in cycles.

There’s a time to begin
A time to take action.
A time to reassess.
And a time to let go.

We are not meant to be in constant momentum. Just like nature, we move in cycles of effort and cycles of allowing.

The moon follows this same predictable rhythm each month. In this workshop, we use it as a structured guide for manifestation and for honoring your own natural cycles of growth.

There’s no right way to experience a sound bath 👏

You don’t have to clear your mind.
You don’t have to see colors.
You don’t have to feel anything dramatic.

Some evenings you’ll feel deeply relaxed.
Some evenings your mind may wander.
Other times you might notice subtle shifts you can’t quite explain.💫

Your experience may vary from session to session. What you feel one night may be completely different the next.

You can’t do this wrong.

Simply lie back. Let the frequencies move through you and trust that your body will respond in its own way.

Allow yourself to have an experience. That’s enough. 💗

Here’s what the moment called in for last night’s session 🌿

Fresh flowers to honor the moment. Labradorite for transformation. Clear quartz to expand what is possible. Black tourmaline to anchor us into this reality. Amethyst for steady guidance.

Before a single bowl was played, the space was already holding intention.

So grateful for the beautiful energy this community brings into the sanctuary each time. 💛
