Throughout my years of labor leadership in Memphis and across the Mid-South, I have seen firsthand what happens when workers understand their rights and what happens when they don’t.
Education is the difference.
That is why I created the Bradshaw Solutions
Union Strong Labor Education App. This platform is designed to equip union members, stewards, officers, and everyday working people with the knowledge they need to protect themselves, advocate effectively, and lead with confidence.
Unions are not just organizations they are institutions that protect dignity, build economic stability, and strengthen entire communities. But a contract only works when members understand it. A grievance only succeeds when it is properly filed. Leadership only grows when knowledge is shared.
This app is about building informed workers and strong leaders.
My vision is simple:
Empower the worker.
Strengthen the union.
Elevate the community.
When we invest in labor education, we invest in generational stability and opportunity. Bradshaw Solutions is committed to ensuring that working families have access to the tools, training, and information they deserve.
An informed worker is not easily silenced.
An educated union is not easily divided.
