You don’t have to earn your worth by being useful 24/7. Some days, the biggest victory is brushing your teeth and remembering to feed yourself. That counts. You count. Be gentle, even if your brain's being a bit of a jerk today.
And full disclosure I REALLY need to start listening to myself. Summer always makes me anxious because sales and memberships are down and then I convince myself that working 12 hours a day all day every day without breaks is *perfectly fine*.
