Big changes over here.

After a lot of deep thought, late nights, and probably too much coffee… we felt it was time for a brand refresh.

So we’d like to officially introduce:

& Occasional Emotional Stability

Same values. Same team. Slightly more calm.

We felt this name better captured how a lot of us are just out here doing our best

Still rooted in quality. Still rooted in intention. Still the same brand you know just having a little fun.

I truly wanted everyone to experience the plant benefits all over the country.

I was living in Las Vegas, deeply connected to the community and back home from Memphis I watching people around me reach for whatever was on the shelf with no idea what was in it, always wondering why it didn’t work.

No lab results. No ingredient transparency. Just marketing.

So I built something different.

Every product I make is third-party lab tested. Every COA is published. Every batch is held to the same standard — whether it’s for a 55-year-old marathon runner or someone’s senior dog.

Six years and 120ish monthly subscribers and multiple retail partners later, that standard hasn’t changed.

That’s the part I’m most proud of.

Big policy shift worth watching 👀

CMS just opened the door for certain participating healthcare organizations to offer up to $500 per year in eligible hemp-derived products to certain beneficiaries under select Innovation Center models, with ACO REACH and EOM starting April 1, 2026. But this is not a blanket Medicare benefit for everyone, and it does not mean people can go buy products at retail and submit receipts to Medicare.” 

“According to CMS, the products have to be federally legal hemp-derived products, contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC, exclude inhalable products, and cannot contain more than 3 mg per serving of tetrahydrocannabinols in orally administered form. They also still have to comply with state and local law.” 

“The bigger takeaway? H**p and CBD are continuing to enter bigger healthcare conversations at the federal level, but this rollout is still limited, structured, and tied to specific participating providers and programs. Definitely something to keep an eye on.”

Seeing Cross Country Wellness on the cover of Vegas Wellness Magazine hit me in a way I didn’t expect.

Because this moment is bigger than publicity.
It’s bigger than recognition.

It’s a reminder that betting on yourself, staying true to your mission, and continuing to show up actually leads somewhere.

There were plenty of moments along the way where this dream felt heavy.
But this cover made me stop and reflect on how far it’s all come.

I’m proud of what Cross Country Wellness stands for.
I’m proud that people are seeing the brand.
And I’m even more proud of the meaning behind it all.
