Our work at Renew is focused on prevention through education & connection to resources that support thriving, healthier communities. On this World AIDS Day, the first to not be commemorated by our State Department, we are continuing our commitment to this work by offering a local directory to find free or low-cost testing for sexual health needs and resources. Last week Renew and NABSW brought together social workers and community health advocates for Boots on the Ground: Setting the Pace training focused on HIV awareness, prevention, testing and advocacy. NABSW is leading this dynamic training throughout ten major cities impacted by growing new cases of HIV. Taking care of our mental health is essential for us to thrive and some times we need support in taking care of our minds. There is no shame is seeking out support.

Were excited to join Young, Gifted & Green’s Memphis Youth Environmental Justice Council and other local community partners at Tom Lee Park (Sunset Canopy) on September 6, 2025 2:00 PM-5:00 PM for a day filled with fun activities and learning about the environment!Get ready to connect with nature, play games, and meet other young environmental enthusiasts. This event is perfect for anyone who loves the outdoors and wants to make a positive impact on the environment!
