Create the life you want! When I first started my coaching journey over 4 years ago I had goals. BIG Goals!
1- To help others. 2- To replace my income. 3- To buy back my freedom from the daily 8-5. 4- Become a leadership coach to help other coaches reach their goals.

And I have accomplished those goals. Now, I’m setting bigger goals. Yesterday, on a random Monday we drove about an hour to take my grandchildren and my 80 year old Mom to the aquarium. She goes to dialysis 3 days a week, so Monday is a off day for her. She is weak and she truly wants to soak up every moment with these babies, make memories and she also loves the beluga whales.

This is what time freedom looks like. I didn’t have to ask off work. I didn’t have to use PTO days, I didn’t have to worry about anything, I just enjoyed my family.

When your mind shifts to creating the life you want, nothing will stop you from achieving it.

Celebrating Ken today for National Nurses week. Here is what he said about his journey.

“For years I have struggled with my weight. As an RN I know the health concerns that arise from being morbidly obese. After a year of working constantly around an environment of Covid, my wife and I decided it was time to take our life back. Together we started on MAY 2nd and today I am happy to say I have shed 65 lbs. Together we have managed to lose 97 lbs. This program has given us the ability to teach ourselves a new way to think about a healthy lifestyle! Happy and healthy. With the help of the Social community and my coach Amy Michelle Porter we are killing it and loving everyday!!”
