With the upcoming holiday, we have adjusted our clinic hours for each location. See below for the updated clinic hours. If you have any questions, please call your clinic location.

Wed Nov. 26: All clinic locations are open until 12 p.m.

Thursday Nov. 27: All clinic locations will be closed.

Friday Nov. 28: Estate Place, Germantown, Raleigh and Ridgeway Loop clinics will be open until 12 p.m. Collierville and Downtown will be closed.

Saturday Nov. 29: All Saturday clinics will be open for normal clinic hours.

We are so excited that Behavioral Health Consultant Melissa Ethridge was named a Top 40 Under 40 Urban Elite!

Top 40 Under 40 Urban Elite Professionals Awardee #29 is Melissa Ethridge, MS, LPC-MHSP! Melissa serves as a Behavioral Health Consultant for Le Bonheur Pediatrics, where she works alongside primary care physicians (PCPs) to provide consultation and brief therapy to patients in the Primary Care Clinic. In this role, Melissa helps patients navigate trauma, grief and loss, anger management, mental health disorders and behavioral issues. A native Memphian, she has a heart for our City’s children and understands the role that mental health plays in holistic healing.

​Previously, Melissa served in a number of roles with Youth Villages, beginning as a clinical liaison for Youth Villages’ Boys Center for Intensive Residential Treatment, followed by counseling positions with their Bartlett Residential Treatment Center, where she facilitated individual, group and family therapy sessions. In 2020, she began serving as Clinical Consultant for Youth Villages’ Residential Programs, training staff on emerging, evidence-based practices and optimizing protocols to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children they serve. Through her current work with Le Bonheur Pediatrics, she continues to serve the children of the Mid-South by helping patients and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and treatment.

Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Memphis. She is a licensed LPC-MHSP by the state of Tennessee
