Winter Immune Shield Tea – Simple Recipe 🌿

You’ll need:
• 1 tablespoon elderberry
• 1 tablespoon echinacea
• 1 tablespoon dried ginger (or 1 teaspoon fresh)
• 1 tablespoon hibiscus
• 2–3 cups water

Instructions:

1. Bring water to a gentle boil.

2. Add all herbs to the water.

3. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
