Moms on a Mission 💕 This month, our mamas and our sweet kiddos came together to spread love by collecting snacks and drinks for the Baptist Cancer Center, supporting both the incredible nurses and the patients they care for each day. We all made handmade Valentine’s to add an extra dose of encouragement and joy.

We were honored to have a very special guest, Christine Driskill, a stage 3 breast cancer survivor and one of the founding members of FIT4MOM Memphis and Germantown. She is such a special part of our village and shared an important reminder with our mamas about checking your gals this Galentine’s Day.

So proud of our community for serving with heart and purpose. 💗

Valentine’s Day at FIT4MOM was full of smiles and so much love! We decorated our Valentine bags, traded valentines, got in some bunny snuggles, and shared all the fun with our Stroller Strides friends because workouts are better when they come with friendship and community. 💌👟

Love was in the air at our Valentine’s themed Once Upon a Farm Storytime at Bobby Lanier Farm Park 💕🚜

This month we read Little Blue Truck’s Valentine and talked about all the sweet ways Little Blue Truck spreads joy on Valentine’s Day. To make it even more magical, a real bunny and chicken joined us for storytime just like in the book! 🐰🐔

After storytime, little hands got busy making mini trucks out of popsicle sticks and decorating them with lots of love. We also dug into our Valentine’s sensory box to hunt for all the Little Blue Trucks. It was such a hit! And of course, the smiles got even bigger with a photo op in a REAL little blue truck complete with our favorite bunny and chicken!💙

Thank you to all our families for celebrating love, stories, and farm fun with us! Make sure to join us next month on March 12 for our next Storytime! 💌✨

There’s something truly special about women coming together. Our combo books club meet up was just that ✨📚 We loved partnering with Memphis Moms Book Club to read Alchemised by SenLinYu. We spent an evening full of conversation and community. It was exactly what we all needed.
Being in a room filled with women, stories, and shared moments is a reminder of just how important it is to come together. 💕

We were so grateful to be hosted by Heirloom House, and we got to do a little shopping! They have such an amazing collection of vintage decor! Make sure to stop by, and check it out.

Plus, it's woman owned. That's a really special part is all three of these businesses are run by mamas!! ❤️

Survived the Ice Apocalypse of 2026 ❄️😂
We made memories, laughed through the chaos, and found the fun in frozen days, but we’re very glad the ice has melted. Now, we can get back to our normal routines. Cheers to warmer days, open roads, and life without slipping everywhere! 🙌

Our January Mom's Night out was a night of dreaming big, laughing loud, and pouring into ourselves ✨💭 Crafting with the girls was everything we needed. We had connection, inspiration, and so much fun. Huge thank you to Ashley for hosting and creating such a beautiful night for our moms. We left feeling energized, supported, and ready to make those visions happen 💕

Ringing in 2026 with our village was exactly how we wanted to start the year 🤍✨
These mamas showed up, worked out together, got creative with the cutest 2026 headbands, and celebrated side by side at the Children’s Museum of Memphis for Noon Year’s Eve.
Starting the year surrounded by movement, laughter, and community just is another reminder that this village is about so much more than fitness. It’s about doing life together. 💛

Finally sharing our FIT4MOM Christmas party photos ✨🎄
We laughed, we ate way too many snacks, and we even brought our husbands along for the fun. We searched every corner of the house for tiny Santa ducks, played bingo using the ducks as markers, and absolutely lost it playing Ring the Moose with our favorite Canadian 🦌🇨🇦

At the end of the night, we piled into the truck driving home together feeling like a fun college night out. Don't worry when the kids woke up the next morning at 7am, we remembered we weren't in college anymore. 😂

Nights like these remind us why this village means so much 🤍

The season came and went, but the memories we made together as a village are the ones that stay with us forever.
Because it’s never just about the photos, it’s about the laughter, the support, and the women who show up for each other in every season. We played Mahjong, participated in Lights on the Farms events, decorated cookies, had our ugly sweater party, and yearly Christmas sock competition.🤍

Hello mamas! My name is Celinda and I own FIT4MOM Memphis. I want to introduced you to the face behind the name here at FIT4MOM Memphis, so I wanted to take a second to say hello, and share a little more about me! I'm a mama to Cora (5) & Scarlet (2), a wife to Kalen, and have owned FIT4MOM Memphis since 2014.

Before becoming a mom and owning a FIT4MOM franchise, I was a counselor. I knew FIT4MOM was the right fit for me when I could combine my love for helping others with my own personal journey in motherhood.

Owning a FIT4MOM franchise has added so much magic into my life; connecting with mamas through various stages of motherhood reminds me that I'm never alone in this journey; that moms have each other's backs. I'm so grateful for my members and my clients because they are genuine, loving and always making me laugh. Our Village of moms work hard together, see results and love our mom bods; imperfections and all.

It's truly an honor seeing moms come together through fitness, wellness, mom's nights out, and watching our babies grow up together.
