Baptist Medical Group is currently seeking a Senior HR Manager to fill an immediate opening in Memphis, TN. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position supporting a large medical group practice.

In this role, the Senior HR Manager will provide operational oversight and lead human resources programs, policies, and strategies to support business objectives and service excellence across the organization.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field, along with at least three years of directly related experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
