The Billionaire Boys Club of the medical ma*****na program is behind this. They’ve built a program that is unsustainable and now are reaching to grab profits from the little guys, who were not even allowed to participate in the medical program. Prices at the medical dispensaries are so high that only the upper echelon of Louisiana can afford the medicine and in return, this has only made the black market stronger in Louisiana. Stronger you say? Yes! People get a medical card, go to the dispensary once, buy a product to obtain the container, and then continue to fill that container with the products they’ve been getting off the street for years.
