The Senior Vice President is a mission-driven role with global oversight over Meritan’s regional foster care operations. Reporting to the CEO, this leader is responsible for overall program strategic planning, budgeting, fund and revenue-source development, relationship-building with key stakeholders, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and service-delivery quality. The Senior Vice President will work closely with governmental and non-governmental agencies, Executive Staff, and team members to enhance program goals.
