The Senior Vice President is a mission-driven role with global oversight over Meritan’s regional foster care operations. Reporting to the CEO, this leader is responsible for overall program strategic planning, budgeting, fund and revenue-source development, relationship-building with key stakeholders, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and service-delivery quality. The Senior Vice President will work closely with governmental and non-governmental agencies, Executive Staff, and team members to enhance program goals. Meritan provides care and services to more than 1,700 Mid-Southerners annually who experience a renewed sense of self-worth, through in-home health care and job training programs for seniors. Meritan provides an array of programs for diverse groups including, frail and homebound seniors, services to victims of elder abuse, foster care, senior employment, and persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
