Tranparency Post:

At the end of 2025, the last 2 prospects I consulted with told me the same thing: they loved the idea of working together, but the cost felt like too much. And although I’m not the most expensive organizer in the area, I truly understand.

Hiring a professional organizer is something most people have never done before, so there’s no real comparison point. All they see is the number — not yet the time saved, the stress reduced, or the systems that change how daily life actually feels.

A new milestone is officially loading at Organized by Kendra!

I’m proud to announce that I’ve been accepted into Cohort 9 of the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business program.

As someone who believes deeply in growth, systems, and doing things with intention, I know there’s always another level to learn, refine, and expand into. This opportunity isn’t about starting over — it’s about sharpening the tools, strengthening the foundation, and preparing for what’s next.

I’m grateful for the curriculum, the community, and the chance to stretch beyond what I already know. Building something meaningful requires humility, discipline, and the willingness to evolve — and I’m ready for all of it.

I’m immensely grateful to and for choosing me among a competive group of finalists. I promise to make you proud!

Kendra Littlejohn, Founder and Chief Organizing Officer of Organized by Kendra has been organizing since 2008. Those close to her say that she’s had a knack for neatness and creativity for systems since her youth. Kendra has always envisioned herself in a career serving others, so in 2017 when she was laid off from her employer of 18 years, it was only fitting to shift her passion for organization into a full-time career. Kendra sees clients from all walks of life, including those in the medical profession, music industry, entrepreneurs, and everyday working professionals.

Kendra believes that in order to fully live at ease, your home and workspace must be thoughtfully crafted and systematically organized in a way that allows you to focus on what matters most. She strongly believes that people live their best in environments that are tailored to meet the busy demands of their lifestyle.
