What if nothing is missing?
For years, I believed growth meant fixing what was broken in me. If I felt anxious, overwhelmed, or behind, I assumed something needed repair.
It took me a long time to realize that the real shift wasn’t about adding more or becoming someone else.
It was about recognizing what was already part of who I was.
I wrote about the strengths that carried me through one of my hardest seasons, and how seeing them clearly changed the way I relate to myself.
