Some of my most recent before and afters!

I love seeing the changes in not just their muscles but their whole body, attitude and how they present themselves overall.

Signs your equine athletes may need bodywork/massage:

- Ears pinned back while grooming
- Irritable when a saddle is put on/cinched
- Their movement is restricted or hollowing out through transitions
- They have trouble holding their feet for the farrier
- Flinching or moving away from you when you touch them most common on their back or neck areas
- Recovering from an injury or illness

If you are noticing any of these it could be a good indicator they would benefit from a massage. Massage is a great tool to keep your athlete in top shape in and out of the pen. Having regular massage work can prevent injury, muscular discomfort, and other issues before it becomes a bigger issue.

My job is to keep your horse moving freely, reduce muscle tension, reduce stress/anxiety, relieve pain, increase mood and behavior.

Some of my favorite essential oils that are ESSENTIAL …. to me 😉

Im just kidding. However, these are some of the most used essential oils in my rotation that help me keep your team on track!

Panaway-
essential oil blend with a combination of Clove, Helichrysum, Peppermint, and Wintergreen.

Panway is commonly known for its pain-relieving,anti-inflammatory, and soothing properties.

Marjoram -

Marjoram oil is very well known for its medicinal properties. While its is a great pain-reliever marjoram also: improves headaches, digestion, helps circulate & increase blood flow, and aids in relief from respiratory issues.

Valor -
Commonly know as “Chiropractor in a bottle” because it aligns physical, mental, and emotional. It is a blend of Black Spruce, Blue Tansy, Frankincense, and Rosewood.

Some other benefits of Valor are:
* aids in soothing joints
* improves memory
* reduces anxiety
* reduces inflammation

White Angelica -
also an essential oil blend with a formulation of 10 different essential oils some of them being:
Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, Geranium, and Coriander.
Some benefits of White Angelica:
* Eases caughs and respiratory issues
* reduces anxiety
* reduces fatigue
