There’s something I’ve been reflecting on lately…

This space.
This little sanctuary.
The one so many of you have walked into and said, “Wow… I didn’t know I needed this.”

And the truth is… neither did I.

This space was never meant to be “just” a boutique.
Or “just” a studio.
Or “just” a place to host events.

It was created to be a soft landing.
A place where women can exhale.
A place where you can show up as you are, even if you’re carrying a lot.

Because life is life.
And sometimes what we’re holding is heavy.

Heartbreak.
Grief.
The loss of a loved one.
A job.
A season that didn’t go the way you hoped.
Or maybe nothing “big” at all… just the quiet exhaustion of doing too much, for too long.

And this is what this space is for.

This past Saturday we hosted Salt + Sound, a beautiful experience facilitated by my dear friend … and for the first time in a long time, I wasn’t the one holding space.

I was a guest.

I received.

And it was… magical. Uplifting. Healing.
The kind of experience that reminds you how powerful it is to be in a room with other women… breathing, softening, and simply being.

The sense of connection that came through that night… I didn’t even realize how much I needed it.

That’s the mission behind Luminous by Lucia.

To create experiences that feel like medicine.
To offer moments that help you come back to yourself.
To remind you that you don’t have to do it all alone.

Luminate + Flow is back on the schedule in February — and we couldn’t be more excited.

This is your midday reset.
30-minute of nourishing flow, followed by a 15 minute breathwork session to seal the practice at the end.

We’ll meet Wednesdays at lunchtime, because sometimes the most powerful pause happens in the middle of your day.
