If you want fat loss, you have to get your body into a calorie deficit daily! There is no shortcut.
Eat clean. Eat less. Meal plan everyday.
You get one body, take care of it and it'll show.

But stop using the holidays as an excuse to lose all discipline.
Stuffing your face won’t make the season better—it’ll just make you feel like s**t later.
You don’t need seconds, thirds, and regret.
Move your body. Walk the mall. Get outside. Do something.
