RAYMOND'S RANT! — Friday is leg day. Today, my plan was to start out with the leg press. My plan was foiled when, heading over to the press, I saw another person in front of me, and they beat me there. I won't specify male or female. This person did not have a physique that looked like they worked out or ate well.

I decided to do leg extensions. This fu***ng person sat in that leg press and watched videos on their phone. I did four sets to their one. Then, pi**ed off, I walked over to the press and asked them how many more sets they had, thinking they would get the hint. Looking up from their phone, with a stupid video on it, they said, “3 more.”

I did three more sets of leg extensions and two sets of hack squats before they got done with their three sets. What a waste of time. This is why they have a physique like Grimace from the McDonald’s commercials from the ’80s!

Don’t get me wrong, they are doing something for themselves, but they are also getting in the way of the people who really are passionate about being in good shape.
