Somewhere between the emails, the thinking, the constant shifting of gears… this is what my desk usually holds 🌿
A mug of something warm - lately it’s been ashwagandha, tulsi, nettle, ginger, ground orange peel, and a few goji berries tucked in.
It’s not random.
Tulsi and ashwagandha - two adaptogens I lean on to help take the edge off stress, keep me steady, and support a clearer, more grounded response to whatever the day throws at me.
It’s steadying without knocking me out, nourishing without asking me to slow down too much. A little calm, a little support, a little “keep going, but don’t burn out.”
Water, always. No explanation needed.
And then the aromatherapy rollers - the ones I reach for depending on what the moment asks of me: clarity one minute, grounding the next… sometimes all of them within the same hour.
Because the day doesn’t move in one direction.
So neither do I.
And just behind it - Butter Up, waiting for that small pause when I remember that care isn’t just internal.
