Thank you for the trust you have given the F. W. Huston Pharmacy in our Meriden location. We consider participating in patient care an honor.
The Meriden Pharmacy location is closing at the end of business on September 30, 2022. The F. W. Huston Pharmacy in Oskaloosa is available to provide your pharmacy needs.
In an effort to ensure you continue to receive your medication as conveniently and seamlessly as possible, we will transfer all your current medication prescriptions to the Oskaloosa site. We are confident the Oskaloosa pharmacy staff can meet your needs as they offer in-store pick up as well as mail-out services.
In order to help with your transition, we will offer free mail-out service through the end of the year for scripts transferred from Meriden to Oskaloosa. Starting January 1, 2023, there will be postage added for the mail-out service.
If you wish to have your prescriptions filled by another pharmacy, please have the new pharmacy call the F. W. Huston Pharmacy in Meriden location prior to September 30. After September 30, your new pharmacy can call the F. W. Huston Pharmacy in Oskaloosa location to transfer prescriptions.
