Let’s simplify this statement below.

Burn fat for fuel and your cravings for sugars/carbs will vanish.

If you still crave sugars/carbs you’re body is still burning carbs.

Lessen your carb intake to rid your cravings.

No cheating, no being disciplined, no “it was just a little”, no “ it’s a holiday”.... there’s definitely more but you get the idea.

Until you are fully in Ketosis the answer is always no. And even after that it still should be no.

Have you heard the term, “sharing is caring”? Personally I truly appreciate when people I respect give me a recommendation on products that really work, how about you?

I cook for my family everyday and I enjoy a time saver just like everyone else. The image below is my recommendation to you. I was introduced to commercial sized parchment paper in 1994 and I never looked back😎 Now you can purchase it in rolls, however I find it stays rolled up 😩 and that drives me nuts!
Now days you don’t need a restaurant supply store to purchase flat packets of 12x16 packs we have Amazon.. I usually cut my sheets in half so that doubles my use. These below are only .06 a sheet🎉
I use them to line anything I bake or roast in the oven. I use it for wrapping cheese.. I grate cheese on them to prepare for a recipe.

A very good friend of mine introduced me to crustless Pumpkin Pie. It was absolutely fabulous 🥰

I’m sharing this recipe because it goes through the steps to cook in an insta pot.. If your like me and you don’t have an insta pot you would just go with the old fashioned way, a water bath.
This is where you use a larger vessel to hold the boiling water, place your pumpkin mixture into a smaller dish and set it in the water. Be cautious to only add enough water to go half way up the side of the pumpkin dish...

You might just love pumpkin pie without the crust.. of course add fresh whipped cream💫

I think it could be a fabulous appetizer for the upcoming holidays..

Prosciutto Brie fat bomb 💣

Ingredients:
Package of prosciutto
Full fat Brie wedge- cut into cubes
Whole or Pecan halves
Fresh Black Pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Line the bottom and sides of muffin tins with a single layer of prosciutto. Add one cube of Brie. Top with 3-4 pecans. Add fresh cracked pepper and bake for 10-12 minutes.

You’re looking for the cheese to melt and prosciutto to become crispy.
