July Kids Yoga was fun! So happy to see kids come out this summer. We had ages 5-13 with a superhero theme, 5 new kids who experienced their first yoga class, affirmations to pull out your own superhero power, and a good active sweat!

Sarah Lowry is a certified children’s yoga instructor through Shanti Yoga School. Sarah hopes to share kindness and confidence with kids and teens in the Treasure Valley. She offers a variety of yoga and mindfulness classes including preschool & pre-K, elementary aged, tweens and teens, special needs and abilities. and family yoga. Private sessions are available as well as studio classes around the community.
