This month marks one full year of having children in our clinic — and what an incredible year it has been.
When we opened our doors, we had a vision: to create a space where children feel safe, supported, and celebrated. Over the past 12 months, we have watched that vision come to life in the most meaningful ways.
To our clients — thank you for letting us be part of your journey. We have witnessed first words, new friendships, brave transitions, increased independence, stronger communication, and so many moments of resilience. The growth we’ve seen is not just in skill acquisition, but in confidence, connection, and joy. Every small step forward has been worth celebrating.
To our families — thank you for your trust. Inviting us into your child’s world is not something we take lightly. Your collaboration, consistency, advocacy, and openness have made true progress possible. We are honored to partner with you.
To our RBTs — you are the heart of this clinic. Your patience, dedication, flexibility, creativity, and compassion are what make meaningful change happen every single day. You show up. You problem-solve. You celebrate the small wins. You stay regulated so our kids can learn to regulate. The growth we’ve seen this year reflects your hard work and commitment.
This year has also been one of learning for us as a team. We refined systems, strengthened supervision, improved clinical quality, navigated challenges, celebrated breakthroughs, and grew not just as providers — but as leaders and collaborators.
There were long days. There were tough moments. There were problem-solving meetings and program modifications and behavior plans rewritten. But there were also belly laughs, proud smiles, spontaneous hugs, independent requests, peer play, and milestones that once felt far away.
One year in — and we are just getting started.
Thank you to every child, every family, and every team member who made this year what it was. Your trust, effort, and heart are the reason we do this work.
Here’s to continued growth, continued learning, and many more milestones ahead. 🤍
