For those of you who love pancakes, here's a quick and easy breakfast!

1 scoop Vanilla Prestige Labs protein powder
1/4 c oat flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/3 c water or milk of choice

Place everything in a bowl, mix and microwave for 1 min (of still liquid in the middle, microwave for an additional 20 sec).

Top with whatever you prefer, and enjoy! 😁🥞

This is like pancakes in a bowl!

For additional protein, you can add 1/4 egg whites to this!

One of the biggest areas of malnutrition I see in my clients is not enough protein.

As we age (especially during menopause), bone density and muscle mass levels drop, so the importance of protein is at the highest during this time! 💪

This morning, I made protein French Toast with an Egg White Scramble!

This meal is a whopping 35 g and only 431 calories! 😃
