2026 Updates!

Price Adjustment and Cancelation Fees Updated

Prices will be changing March 2nd. If you have an appointment on the books for March already, you will get an update on the appointment when the prices switch over. All therapies that are 30 min or less will not be changing, including the add-ons, there are even a couple of therapies that are dropping a tad. This is the first price update in two years so there is a slight increase and I’m still working on balancing out the prices of the therapies with their time length. Prices are listed below;

60 min massage $95, includes Prenatal, Lymphatic and MSTR work
75 min massage $120
90 min massage $145, includes Prenatal and Lymphatic
2 hr massage $190

As always, cupping, scraping, hot/cold stones, hot towels and essential oils are complimentary with your service.

There is an updated cancellation fee. The new cancellation fee is 50% of your therapy scheduled. This is only if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Everyone is so great in this department, I rarely have to enforce this but just want you to be aware.

Other New Things

I'm trying to figure out how to put items for sale on the site so you can buy while you’re in office. The benefits of essential oils are too wonderful not to share! For now I have Doterra oils. The list of on-hand oils are in the studio.

Also, I have a couple gua sha tools and sage bundles that are available. Not sure if these will be sticking around but something fun to offer to mix up your health and wellness routines!

Red Light Therapy Services

Red Light Therapy (RLT) is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to support your skin and overall wellness. It works by penetrating the skin at different depths to boost cellular energy, reduce inflammation, and promote natural healing from the inside out.

Benefits of Red/NIR Light:
• Supports collagen production for firmer, smoother skin
• Reduces inflammation & redness
• Helps repair tissue and speed recovery
• Enhances circulation and lymphatic flow
• Can ease muscle tension and joint discomfort
• Boosts cellular energy (hello, glow + vitality!)

There are two ways you can experience RLT in my treatment room:

1️⃣ Add-On Red Light Therapy — 10 minutes of private, full skin exposure

2️⃣ Red Light + Movement + Cupping — A 15-minute guided cupping & stretch session under the light (I am in the room guiding you and cupping you) This is actually a wonderful treatment on neck and traps as it allows a different vantage point for me to get to the muscles.
