The practice of making a nature mandala or offering has become my morning ritual and how I connect with the Divine, the energy of Life, and the formerly dormant creative part of myself. It is bringing new life to my spirituality and nurturing my connection to the feminine.

Thank you, Ted and Ruth, for bringing your 3 and 5 year old out to play with me and my 7 year old today at the Inner Child Playdate & Nature Art Activity!

I just got off the phone with an amazing woman.

We connected to her 3 year old self and found where she was holding onto sadness, anger and resentment in her body.

We uncovered the story of how, starting at that very young age, she shut down her voice and absorbed others' emotions as a way to not be a burden.

We discussed how this served her then and what it cost her then and now in her life and relationships.

We invited in her Higher Power to absorb up all of the old emotions, patterns and stories she released.

And she received a beautiful gift from her Higher Power that was deeply meaningful to her.

We explored what it is that she wanted then and now and what steps she can take to create a new pattern in her life.

She ended the call feeling lighter, more open and connected to her true self.
