Last job of 25 and first of 26. D9 with leaking hoist cylinders. Found bent rods and destroyed barrels. Time for some exchanges. Picked up cylinders and installed. Took care of a heater issue with new hoses and cleaned out the heater core and blower fans. Customer is back up and ready for a big bench job at their quarry. 🔧

Out and about yesterday. A quick emergency cylinder weld job. The stick cylinder had developed a crack and has been welded multiple times. Customer is sourcing a new cylinder and we did a solid repair until it can be swapped out for a rebarrel. 🔧

Makes life easier when you need a quick reference. Now we need a decimal chart/ tap drill sticker to go along with the torque ones. Keep it up Quinton. Getting this little 613 water wagon squared back up. Only cutting what bores and faces absolutely need to be done in this one to get it back up and off this pad. I don’t have any before pics but they were rough. Snapped the top ear off of the center pin on the tank side. Still waiting on that to get in from machine shop@and then back out to bore the back half.
