Out and about yesterday. A quick emergency cylinder weld job. The stick cylinder had developed a crack and has been welded multiple times. Customer is sourcing a new cylinder and we did a solid repair until it can be swapped out for a rebarrel. 🔧

Makes life easier when you need a quick reference. Now we need a decimal chart/ tap drill sticker to go along with the torque ones. Keep it up Quinton. Getting this little 613 water wagon squared back up. Only cutting what bores and faces absolutely need to be done in this one to get it back up and off this pad. I don’t have any before pics but they were rough. Snapped the top ear off of the center pin on the tank side. Still waiting on that to get in from machine shop@and then back out to bore the back half.

Out on the road this last week. Got the call from a new customer needing some help with a bobcat. A no start condition and a hyd leak. Found more work on the machine with a simple inspection. Will be back out with parts next week or so once they all come in. Excited about this new customer as they have 13 sites throughout the southwest. Lots of work to come for C2.

So got a sweet little gig to help out with the Tempe town lake damn cylinder reseal project that is going on this year. After the first two cylinders were installed some changes were made for some sensor locations and updates. So that is what was being done today. Spaced getting pics of the updates to share but was kinda simple. Remove old sensors and hard lines. Install new sensors at rod end of cylinders and plumb in. What a cool opportunity to hang out on the other side of the damn. 👊🏼🤙🏼💪🏼. Check out for some sweet drone shots of the cylinders going in.
