Looking back over these last 7 years, it's been nothing short of incredible. Don't get me wrong, there have been moments that have been overwhelming and stressful, but it's been worth it. I truly enjoy running a business and being a massage therapist and all the chaotic moments it's brought.

Thank you for supporting me over the last 7 years. ❤️ Hopefully, this next year will be full of more growth.

Oftentimes, we go to see a chiropractor because we're in pain. Our spines are out of alignment which can lead to a list of other side effects like pinched nerves but its also important to remember that muscle attaches to the spine and has the ability to pull it out of alignment. So, we need to release those muscles first, so your adjustment lasts longer.

Often time we get so busy with our day to day lives we forget we still need to take care of ourselves. We ignore when the stress starts to become to much and when our body's are screaming out in pain. Thinking we will do something about it later but later never comes. Prioritize your self to day so you can continue to do all the things you love with out having the weight of the world on your shoulders.

Massage therapy has so many benefits. It's more then just relaxation or pain relief its something that when done regularly can change how you feel in your body long term.

When you hold your breath during a massage, your muscles are essentially fighting your therapist.

We are trying to sink into the muscle to get them to realse, and when we are going too deep and you hold your breath, we can't do this effectively. That's why it's so important you communicate with your therapist so we can adjust the pressure in order to give a massage the loosens the muscles without fighting them.

You just did an amazing thing for your body, but as we talk a lot about massage being one piece of the puzzle, we need to remember your treatment is never over. It's an ongo thing that we hope will change other aspects in your life to help with your overall muscle health. Drink your water, take your epsom salt bath and rest after your massage, and don’t forget to schedule your next massage before you leave.

I am so happy to be offering this service. It is amazing for anyone post-surgery, with doctors' approval, those suffering from lymphedema (level 0-2), and autoimmune disorders.

I can't believe it has already been 5 YEARS!

When I first opened Nature's Healing Massage I had no idea if I would fail or succeed. I'm so happy with how this business has grown over the years. I can honestly say it's because of all of you. This year alone I was able to improve the marketing, booking software, website, and move to an incredible new office. None of this would have been possible without all of your continued support in this business. I can't wait to see what happens in the next 5 years, but in the meantime, I want to say thank you times a million for making this business what it is. Every review you leave and every person you refer makes all the difference.
