🍞 Eating in a calorie deficit doesn’t mean cutting out carbs or delicious foods like sourdough bread!
This breakfast was just 397 calories, packed with 20g of protein and almost 10g of fiber. 🙌 It kept me full all morning while juggling toddler breakfast duty and heading to clinic to care for my patients!
Healthy eating doesn’t have to be restrictive or complicated. It’s about balance, planning, and small daily choices that add up. 💪
