Good article written about some side effect of massage, but similar symptoms like after doing exercises.

Not only is massage not a detox treatment, it probably poisons us a little with a cocktail of junk molecules caused by injuries and metabolic stresses that make us feel cruddy and sore, and which can’t be “flushed” away by massage (or drinking water).
