Migraines for life...

A lot of people think that if you have a migraine and your mom had a migraine and your sisters have migraines that you’re just going to deal with it for life.

Honestly, when I would hear about people that had migraines and their mom had it, I thought that was true too.

Stretching with Purpose

Here at Enjoy Life Pain Free, after looking at your posture and determining the nerve root most affected, we're able to assign you SPECIFIC STRETCHES.

These allow you to do a few things:
1. See quicker progress as you are treated, and do the stretches at home
2. Reset your muscle memory quicker
3. Help with pain between sessions.

Very specific stretches, taking less than 8 minutes, can decrease your pain, improve posture, and reset your muscle memory back to a balanced state.

When your nervous system & posture are balanced to the best of its ability, you're functioning to the best of your ability & this means NO (or less) pain.
